Naked Rambler Stephen Gough was jailed for 657 days as a result of him enjoying less than 60 seconds of freedom.
Gough spent less than a minute as a free man after being released from jail before he was arrested again for breaching the peace outside Perth Prison.
He was found guilty of the charge after a trial which was initially held up while court staff found a sheet of brown paper for him to sit on "for hygiene reasons."
Gough appeared naked in the Perth Sheriff Court dock on Wednesday and was also found guilty of contempt of court for failing to display the "decency" required the process.
The former marine claimed arresting him for walking around naked was a breach of his human rights and his right to freedom of expression. More...
