A video-clip, currently in circulation here, allegedly shows an injured and trapped militant being shot dead by security personnel from point blank range.
In the video-clip, more than 10 Armymen, accompanied by an officer and a policeman, are seen standing on the debris of a house. An injured militant, crying in pain, is seen stuck under the debris. The security personnel start removing the debris and ask him, “Are you a Pakistani? Where are you from?” The militant doesn’t answer any of the questions. As the soldiers remove some of the debris, he puts his hand out and waves. A soldier is heard saying, “He is the bearded one.” Another is heard saying, “Open fire.” A soldier shoots him from point blank range. More...
