A Belfast sandwich shop is offering customers the chance to buy a "suspended sandwich" to help the homeless.

The Cuban Sandwich Factory on Church Lane is giving customers the opportunity to buy a second 'Cuban Grande' at half price which they will then keep hold for a homeless person to collect.

The shop, in a Facebook post said: "It's finally December, and the season of goodwill to all.

"We would invite you to help those less fortunate than you this Yule time.

"I know what it's like to be hungry and far from home.

"When you come to Church Lane to buy your lunch you can also buy a Cuban Grande at half price which we will hold in store for a homeless person to collect.

"Christmas greetings to you all." Source...
