How Google is erasing the human brain with every search...

Britons rely so much on their hi-tech devices that they no longer remember vital phone numbers.

A study found 70% cannot recall their child’s mobile and 90% would have to Google their school number.

Security firm Kaspersky Lab said: “Connected devices enrich lives but have also given rise to digital amnesia.”

The study found six in ten adults could not remember their work number and had to look it up on their smartphone or the internet.

Yet just a generation ago, half of ten to 15-year-olds were able to reel off their home and friends’ phone numbers. Full story...
