Aarons, who lives in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale, Fla., area, has two brothers who are mute and deaf and who use their phones to text each other.
She told WSVN-TV in Miami that while Shamir, one of her brothers, was vacationing in Canada for two weeks, he forgot to turn his data roaming off, texted over 2,000 times and used the phone to download videos. Full story...
