Anger over French flag used as bum-wiper...

A man who was pictured wiping his bottom on the French flag has faced calls to be prosecuted after the photo sparked outrage across France.

The picture was a winner in the 'politically incorrect' category of a photography competition organised by FNAC, a record and book store in Nice.

A justice ministry spokesman said that Justice Minister Michele Alliot-Marie had 'demanded that criminal proceedings be launched against this unacceptable act.' More...
