A hospital doctor appeared in court yesterday accused of repeatedly masturbating in front of secondary school pupils on their way to class.
Krishnasamy Sangameswaran was charged with five counts of outraging public decency after a number of teenage girls reported him to police.
One witness also noted down a registration number which was later found to match the silver Toyota belonging to the University Hospital of Wales employee. More...
