We haven't yet seen Tiger Woods since his November car accident. He hasn't played a tournament or given a clinic, and not even the paparazzi has been able to zero in on his whereabouts for what would likely be a million-dollar photo. He hasn't released a statement in weeks. In the past two months, it seems, Woods has weirdly become the sporting world's version of J.D. Salinger -- talented and reclusive, albeit for different reasons.
In the meantime, while we have waited for his eventual return to public life, Woods' persona has been re-painted by countless rumors and e-mail chains and those publicity-seeking women who have sought to cash in on their stories of alleged dalliances with the world's No. 1 golfer.
How seedy it's all become. More...
