Call centre worker in India threatened to blow up British customer's house?

A BT customer claims he received threats to bomb his house following a heated argument with a call centre worker.

Allan Wardle telephoned the BT helpline after his internet connection broke down on Friday night, but an argument broke out after the technical worker, believed to be based in India, failed to solve the problem.

Mr Wardle, 24, told how an anonymous caller made the threat at around 10.30pm, just moments after the conversation with the call centre had ended. More...
