Bulgaria replacing India as call centre hub?

It's something we've had to get used to - talking to someone on the other side of the world when calling a company helpline. 

But, while not exactly coming home, it seems many call centres are moving a whole lot closer to Britain as some of our biggest firms take a look at Bulgaria rather than Bangalore.
