Cabbies, bus drivers, train and ferry staff are all backing the fund-raising event which celebrates everything Fab Four.
Arriva bus drivers will wear Beatle wigs on July 10 and organisers of the day say they want to encourage passengers to do the same.
Nick Gordon from Arriva said: “Our drivers have big hearts and like a laugh and so they’re keen to wear the Beatles Day mop-tops to show their support for charity.
“We’ve arranged to have stock of the wigs in our depots so all our staff can join in.” More...
