Oxford University unveils new 'school for world leaders'

Oxford University is to unveil plans for a new school of government dedicated to grooming future world leaders.

The school was funded with a £75 million gift from Leonard Blavatnik, a US businessman and philanthropist, and a £26 million donation from the university.

It will be the first major school of government in Europe, taking around 120 students with 40 academic staff. More...
