There's no "good leader" in Africa!!! Oh boy...

A £3.2 million award for "excellence in African leadership", funded by a British telecoms billionaire, has failed to find a winner for a second year running.

To win the Mo Ibrahim Prize, a head of state must have been democratically elected, avoided corruption allegations while in office, and stood down at the end of their term or when they were voted out.

It is the richest annually-awarded international prize. 

But the awarding committee, chaired by Kofi Annan, the former UN secretary general, announced last year that they had considered "some credible candidates" but could not select a winner. More...
