Twins go on trial for assault but victim unable to identify the culprit!!!

When it comes to bringing an alleged criminal to justice, proving identity can be a difficult task for the prosecution.

Especially if he has an identical twin brother.

So when Darryl Churchill complained he had been attacked by either Gavin or Rhys Higgins, the Crown Prosecution Service doubled their efforts - and put both men in the dock.
