Iran on the brink: Ten protesters killed as bloody riots grip Tehran...

Ten people were killed and more than a hundred injured yesterday during clashes in Tehran, according to Iran's state TV.

The country is braced for more bloody confrontations between protesters and security forces today as fresh images of brutality emerged Sunday despite the regime's attempts to impose a news blackout.

Police wielding guns, truncheons, tear gas and water cannons fought demonstrators over the disputed election. More + images...
