Tehran Police Chief: Was it a house or a brothel...

On the 11th. of March, the Iran Press Service came out with this headline:The Police General Likes Women Praying Nude for this article.

And then today, Haaretz.com has this: Tehran police chief caught nude with 6 women in underground brothel with this article.

Now, I'm assuming that both newspapers are relating the same incident, a Police Chief with 6 chicks, but why the different details that make such a big difference? Surely, a house is not a brothel and 
6 prostitutes is not the same as 6 women praying, is  it?

Talk about information being manipulated...
