A journalist has died in hospital after he was attacked when he criticised a footballer in a Facebook post.
Rasim Aliyev died in a hospital in Azerbaijan on Sunday morning, after he was brutally attacked by six people on Saturday night.
He had been lured to a meeting by alleged representatives of footballer Jasid Huseynov, after he said that the player should be banned from European football for allegedly making an obscene gesture at a referee.
But after arriving at the meeting, he was assaulted by six people, and later died in hospital from internal bleeding. Full story...
