Hundreds of eunuchs have been employed to clean up the streets in India - by blowing a whistle when they see someone going to the toilet in the open-air.
Nearly 300 eunuchs are being paid to take part in the crackdown in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh under a scheme called Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

According to dnaIndia, Rural Development Minister Gopal Bhargava told PTI: 'The state government's idea to rope-in eunuchs, about two years back, has brought in encouraging results.' Full story...
