When Eleanor Hawkins, a former independent school head girl, posed naked on Mount Kinabalu with others in Malaysia, she probably had no idea of the upset such an act would have caused.
She soon found herself arrested and hauled before a court with four other tourists.
But Ms Hawkins is not the first person to find herself in trouble on holiday.
For Melissa Reid and her friend Michaella McCollum Connolly, their holiday in Ibiza took a dramatic turn when they were caught smuggling cocaine into South America.
The then-20-year-olds were carrying food packets with drugs hidden inside, and attempted to smuggle them into Peru two years ago. The drugs were worth £1.5 million. Full story...
