Study: Swiss enjoy world’s best retirement...

Switzerland is the best place in the world to spend your retirement, according to a global study.

The country ranked top in the 2015 Natixis Global Asset Management CoreData Global Retirement Index (GRI), the second year running it has achieved first place.

The GRI is an international comparison tool aiming to evaluate the suitability of countries around the world in meeting retirement expectations, needs and ambitions.

Now in its third year, the GRI ranks countries on 20 performances indicators covering four topics: material wellbeing, health, finances in retirement, and quality of life.

 The 2015 report said Switzerland retained first place for its consistent performance in all four domains. Full story...
