A Wentzville, Mo. mom may go to jail because her 13-year-old daughter took a topless picture of her and her 14-year-old daughter, and posted the pic on the online app Snapchat.
Snapchat is often used to send risque' pictures, which are supposed to disappear within 10 seconds, but somehow this photo was passed around two high schools, reported RawStory.com.
“The issue here is the fact the daughter was 14 and the mother was clearly present and involved when the picture was taken,” St. Charles County prosecutor Tim Lohmar told KMOV (video below).
“I don’t think she had any intention that this would blow up the way it did,” added Lohmar. “But it did, and she only has her poor judgment to blame for that.”
Lohmar also claimed the picture had posing and “sexual overtones,” which the unidentified mom denies.
“I wasn’t posing I was getting out of the tub,” stated the mom. “I was aware that the photo was taken by my 13-year-old daughter. I specifically told her at that second, ‘Please delete that photo.’” Full story...
