MEDIA millionaire Rupert Murdoch has fallen out with Tony Blair over his friendship and nights spent with the tycoon’s ex-wife Wendi Deng.
But the former prime minister has stressed his relationship with Ms Deng has always been platonic and neither has done anything wrong.
Relations have soured between Mr Murdoch, 84, and Mr Blair, 60, and the rift between them is said to be “terminal”.
The entrepreneur has refused to speak to Mr Blair since he filed for divorce from Ms Deng, 44, in June, despite the ex-Labour leader’s attempts to get in touch.
Sources close to Mr Murdoch revealed staff at his £12million Californian homed lamed Mr Blair and Ms Deng stayed there overnight on weekends in October 2012 and April this year without him knowing.
Ms Deng is also said to have had a series of meetings with Mr Blair, which her former husband wasn’t aware of, in London and New York. Full story...
