Three US assassination drone strikes have killed at least 12 people in Yemen, the Arab country’s military officials say.
All the three airstrikes occurred on Thursday.
Six people were killed in the first drone attack in the central province of Marib.
The second strike killed three people in the al-Ayoon area of Hadramawt province.
Three more people were killed in the third attack in the al-Qutn area of Hadramawt province.
On August 7, seven people were killed in a similar airstrike in the southern governorate of Shabwa.
Since July 27, the illegal drone strikes have become almost a daily routine in Yemen. A total of eight airstrikes have killed at least 34 people. Full story...
