A 21-year-old girl employed with a Delhi Jal Board call centre was gang-raped by eight youths in a moving car in the outskirts of Faridabad on Thursday night, police said.
According to the police, the girl was known to one of the accused whom she met on Thursday after her shift at the call centre near Badarpur. Later, he offered to drop her home in a car.
'Once she got into the car, the accused overpowered her and drove towards Faridabad. In the meantime, the other youths were also contacted over phone. They came in two different cars and joined each other in Ballabhgarh,' Faridabad police commissioner S.S. Kapoor said.
On way to Faridabad, the accused took turns to rape her as they kept switching their places from one car to another. They also raped the girl in a vacant plot in-between. Full story...
