Thousands march on Wall Street in the biggest protest yet...

A huge mass of protesters descended on Wall Street this evening in Occupy Wall Street’s largest protest yet, as Presidential hopeful Herman Cain told them: 'If you're not rich, it's your own fault'.

The group of 2,000, largely made up of union members and students, banged drums and chanted, adding their voices to those of the demonstrators camped out for almost three weeks.

About 1,000 students held up signs denouncing the dismal state of the economy as they marched to Foley Square in Manhattan, New York.

At least another 1,000 people were already at Foley Square, mixing with young people who had been camped out in Zuccotti Park for the past couple of weeks.

The Occupy Wall Street protest started on September 17. The protesters have varied causes but have reserved most of their criticism for Wall Street. More + photos...
