Singapore scores low marks for transport experience: Copenhagen, Seattle, Sydney the best...


Singapore ranked 18th in a latest survey of 23 cities around the world on transport journey experiences despite its rather efficient system, to the surprise of quite some people.

The Frost & Sullivan survey showed that public and private transport commuters in Copenhagen, Seattle and Sydney are most satisfied with their experience, the online edition of local newspaper TODAY reported on Monday.

Copenhagen topped the index with an average score of 81.5 points in overall journey experience, against the global benchmark of 61.

 Shanghai ranked as ninth with the score of 67.5 while Beijing was 15th with a score of 60.5 points. More...
