The Heath Service Executive (HSE) will remove all stocks of the swine flu vaccine Pandemrix from GPs' surgeries, the Sunday Independent has learned.
The vaccine has been linked to the disabling sleep disorder, narcolepsy.

The news of swine flu vaccine causing narcolepsy is devastating indeed. Having been a patient of this horribly disabling disorder now for almost 3 years, I am familiar with most of the common causes of this illness. They are:
ReplyDelete•Orexin or hypocretin deficiency: Hypocretin is a chemical that is produced in the brain that regulates sleep-wake cycles. The cause of deficiency of this important chemical is attributed to brain injury/trauma, strokes or tumors.
•Genetic factors: I belong to the 10% of narcoleptic patients who has at least one family member affected by narcolepsy.
