Paksitan's cannibal brothers to be charged under anti- terrorism act...

A court in eastern Pakistan has extended the police custody of two brothers charged with cannibalism, officials say.

Police say that Arif Ali and Farman Ali were arrested recently after they were caught making a meal out of a corpse they had recently stolen from a grave.

Officials say the men had confessed to being involved in the grisly activity for several months.

Grave robbing is widespread throughout Pakistan, but cannibalism is very rare.

"We have charged them under the anti-terrorism act," Inspector Abdur Rahman of Darya Khan police told the BBC. More...
