In reel life Veeru climbed a water tank to get married to Basanti, but in real life incident in Bikaner, a young girl climbed up a cellphone tower not to get married.
The girl, Usha Bala, 22, wanted to pursue higher studies and become a member of the Prajapita Brahma Kumari ashram at Mt Abu. Her parents wanted to get her married soon and got her engaged almost three months back.
Bala, however, was not keen with the marriage and on Wednesday noon protested against the decision of her parents by climbing the tower from where she threatened to jump, if they do not revert their decision. More...
