Two teenage girls have been executed by firing squad by Islamist militants in Somalia.
Witnesses say the girls, thought to be aged 17 and 18, were killed in front of a crowd of hundreds of people in the town of Beledweyne after they were accused of being spies.
"The two girls were sitting on the ground with their hands tied behind their backs," a local resident said.
"Then the fighters came and covered their faces and shot them from behind," he said. More...
