Dallas cops beat up motorcyclist...

Dallas police have released the dashcam video that shows several officers beating a motorcycle driver at the end of a chase.

The video was taken from inside several squad cars during the Sept. 5 incident.

Chief David Brown said Officers Kevin Randolph and Paul Bauer began pursuing 28-year-old Andrew Collins because he was revving his motorcycle on the sidewalk of MLK Boulevard. More...
