A Portsmouth man with the distinction of having been arrested 153 times, was arrested again Monday night on a felony alleging the theft of beer.
Paul Baldwin, 49, who told police he lives on Brewster Street, was charged with theft and for outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court for theft, said Chief Ed Strong. Baldwin was taken into custody after surveillance images showed him stealing two 18-packs and a 12-pack of beer, Strong said. More...
