Paratroopers who gunned down innocent civilians on Bloody Sunday acted like Nazi stormtroopers, a former British Forces commander said today.
Battle-hardened Col Richard Kemp said his immediate instinct on hearing the findings of the Saville Inquiry was that guilty soldiers should be jailed for a long time.
