A childless 26-year-old woman kidnapped six newborn boys and pretended they were her own, Indian police said.
Several of the children were abandoned after they became ill and one was later found dead, they said.
Ritu Kapoor's alleged crime came after her husband and in-laws taunted her repeatedly over her infertility, police said.
