In a bizarre suicide pact, a married woman and her two paramours killed themselves by consuming pesticides together on Monday morning. The incident was reported from a village in Lakhtar taluka of Surendrangar district.
Officials of Lakhtar taluka police station said villagers spotted three bodies lying in a farm behind the Narmada pumping station on the outskirts of Jammar village near Lakhtar. Jassi Koli, 36 her husband's younger brother Bharat Koli, 26 and her brother-in-law's friend Ishwar Bhikha Koli, 23. The trio had consumed pesticides used for cotton crops. More...
