A teacher in a government-run school in Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr district has been accused of allegedly watching obscene clippings on his mobile phone in class and showing pornographic pictures to primary students, officials said on Tuesday.

Shiv Kumar, a teacher with the Gulawati Primary School in Bulandshahr, will face action, officials added.
