CHAMPION boxer Amir Khan and promoter Frank Warren are threatening to take legal action for libel against Facebook over alleged `defamatory and racist' content on pages.
The Bolton-born boxer and Warren have instructed lawyers to act, claiming bogus posters on the social networking site are using their names and images to promote sites with `derogatory' content.
Both have also complained through their lawyers over delays in removing the pages.
Former Olympic champion Khan, currently the WBA light welterweight champion, and Warren have instructed Leeds-based legal firm Lupton Fawcett to act. More...
