Yet another scam e-mail victim...

The e-mail that landed in Madelaine Glefke's inbox last summer seduced her with just enough personal detail to make her believe the unbelievable. 

She was rich. Improbably, suddenly rich. 

The e-mail claimed that a former wealthy co-worker -- who had since moved back to his native China -- had died and left her $84 million. And because the e-mail was tailored to her -- it included an official-looking will with her name on it -- she took the bait.

"I just thought, 'Wow, my ship has come in after working hard all these years,' " said Glefke, 55 

But Glefke's dream and her life savings are gone after she learned, too late, that the e-mail was a scam. More...
