If the information I read is correct, this actually takes place in a jeweller's store in Monterrey, Mexico. But I think it has got more to do with the vicious drug war that's currently raging over there. As you can see, the shooters do not steal anything from the store, so this doesn't seem like a robbery. I don't usually like to post this sort of thing, it really makes me sick, but I thought I'd make an exception this time because of the aforementioned drug war that most of the MSM seems to ignore.
