MANCHESTER United is still the world's richest sports club.

The Premier League champions were valued at £1.3billion - £152million more than American football's Dallas Cowboys in a new rich list.

Magazine Forbes believe the Old Trafford side's value has risen four per cent since 2008 when they were also top.

Real Madrid, who signed United star Cristiano Ronaldo for £80million this summer, came sixth. Arsenal were seventh with Liverpool 18th on £704million. More...
